Location: The Private Patient Affairs Office is located at New Hospital(Main Entrance), Ground Floor, near Reception.

Activities: 

1. Booking of private patient [inpatients]. 
2. Support for detailed enquires from patients about various surgeries available in the Private Practice. 
3. Deal with all kinds of insurance companies correspondence for the insured patients. 
4. Updates daily billings in the wards and settlement of billing and related issues. 
5. Private Patient Affairs Office will be On-call for 24 hours, 7 days in a week.
